Terms of Service

1. The service

Mythos provides AI-assisted archetype readings for self-reflection and entertainment. A reading is not a diagnosis, medical or therapeutic advice, a prediction, or a guarantee of any outcome.

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract. You may not use the service if applicable law prohibits it or if we have previously suspended your account for a serious breach.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for all activity under your credentials. Keep your password secure. An account is personal and may not be sold or transferred.

We may suspend or terminate an account if we reasonably believe it is compromised, used for fraud, or used to abuse the service or other people.

4. Credits and payments

Readings and card unlocks are paid with credits. Prices are displayed before purchase and exclude tax; applicable tax is calculated at checkout. Waffo.com Limited, operating as Waffo Pancake, acts as merchant of record: it is the legal seller, handles payment processing, taxes and invoicing, and its terms may also apply. Your statement may show Waffo or a related descriptor.

Credits are a service entitlement, not money. They are not transferable except through the gift-link feature we provide, have no cash value, and do not expire while your account is active. Credits obtained through fraud, chargebacks or abuse may be revoked.

We may change prices or credit packs for future purchases. Changes do not affect credits already purchased.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive or disruptive purposes; not to attempt to bypass security or access controls; not to run automated bulk requests; not to scrape or resell the service; and not to upload content that infringes the rights of others.

The oracle is not a general-purpose assistant. You must not attempt to extract its system instructions, force it into unrelated tasks, or use it to generate content that violates law or the rights of others.

6. AI content and accuracy

Readings are generated with the help of a language model. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or surprisingly generic. We design the archetype profiles and boundaries carefully, but we do not guarantee any particular accuracy, insight or fitness for a purpose.

You are responsible for how you use a reading. Do not make medical, legal, financial or safety-critical decisions on the basis of an archetype reading.

7. Intellectual property

The Mythos name, site design, text, archetype profiles, card artwork and software are owned by us or licensed to us. You may share your personal reading and card for private, non-commercial purposes.

You may not resell the service, remove branding from a card, use our content to train a competing model, or use our trademarks in a way that suggests endorsement without written permission.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of profit, or decisions made in reliance on a reading.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or mandatory consumer rights.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, if payment is fraudulent, or if continuing to provide the service would create legal or security risk.

On termination, unused credits may be forfeited where permitted by law. Mandatory refund rights are unaffected. See the Refund Policy.

10. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the law of the operator’s establishment, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Disputes should first be raised with us at [email protected].

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in force.
